Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was perfect. The house was big enough for 9 adults and 7 children. Plenty of space without feeling cramped. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The commercial coffee maker with 3 burners and a water line was a huge hit. The commercial ice maker was a major plus. The deck is spacious and a short boardwalk to the beach. From talking with Jen to book the property to dealing with Dee Dee and her husband upon arrival, I highly recommend using this company. They were all courteous and helpful. There was a smoke alarm beeping when we arrived and they had someone there in less than 20 minutes to fix it. Any questions or concerns were answered very quickly. We enjoyed it so much we booked this house for next year before we left. Thank you for awesome service and an amazing week!

The deck is huge and there is plenty of seating for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to leave. The property manager was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, quiet neighborhood...we felt like it was our own little piece of beach and could always see the kids even from inside the house! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our primary complaint is that rats got into our kitchen and living room areas during the night and ate into some of our food and chewed into one of our bags. The property manager sent someone over as soon as we called her and he set traps for us. We also had a few problems with the gas stove. It was very easy to accidentally turn on the burners, even if you just lean against them lightly. Not safe when small children are around. The griddle on the stove caught fire on our first night there. When we used the burners to cook, they left black soot all over the outside of all the pots and pans. Also, the AC on the main floor stopped working the first full day we were there. The AC repair man spent a total of 5 hours over 2 days repairing it. Those were the three biggest issues, but there were a few smaller issues as well. The bathroom door in the main bedroom on the main floor was a sliding barn door that would not stay closed. The locks to several doors on the upstairs floor did not work. It would have been nice to have more than 2 bathtubs in the house since we had several small children. The lighting on the main floor (kitchen and living room) was very difficult to figure out. We never did figure out how to turn some lights on. It would've been helpful to have labels on the light switches. That being said, the property manager DeeDee, was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly. She sent someone over each time we called. We also really liked having an ice machine in the house and the boardwalk and deck were great. The setup of the house was really nice and easily accommodated the amount of adults and children we had. The pictures on the website need to be updated as some pictures are not consistent with what the rooms look like in person (some rooms have been renovated since the photos were taken).
