The location was excellent, and the whole stay was a very exciting experience. The staff were outstanding: the reception team and the restaurant staff were especially kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Easy to get to with parking and quiet, but right on the edge of the in town pedestrian zone with easy access to the lake. Beautiful property with relaxing indoor pool and cozy fire in the evening. Front desk was really helpful giving itinerary suggestions. Breakfast buffet was lovely.

The staff did not take care of our complaints. there was no heating on first day, then only late at night. the shower was broken and was not fixed. we had to hold the shower head with rope.
