Everything was as described. Check in was seamless, great location, great parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is located right in the heart of Eureka Springs and a short walk to many of the reasons you visit the town. It is an older property withstone construction and elaborate woodwork and a fun hodge podge of antique furniture... not fancy stuff, but interesting and functional with a modern kitchen. The rooms are LARGE; the living room walls have fun photos, eight mirrors, a huge set of bookshelves full of games, DVDs and books. Painted wooden loors with rugs. The bathroom is very large and the roof "pops up" to provide windows with lots of natural light. Two very large bedrooms with antiques including armoires with inlaid wood. One parking spot is more or less the entire front yard. This is only the "upstairs" but from the entrance (facing away from Main St), it is only a few steps up. The back bedroom faces Main and has a balcony well above street level. OK what were the negatives? (1) trivial, but while they had shampoo and body wash my daughter wanted conditioner... so bring your own... (2) minor. To get from the back bedroom to the bathroom you actually walk through the 1st bedroom. Just be aware of this as there could be issues with someone changing in the 1st bedroom or the people in the back (2nd) bedroom disturtbing them when going to the bathroom or to the living area/kitchen. THIS DID NOT BOTHER US AT ALL, but you do need to be aware of it. Host was VERY responsive and we were very glad to have booked this place instead of a hotel.

What a charming place. We had a sister/friend weekend here and it was perfect. The weather was kinda rainy at times and a wonderful place to just hang out when we wanted to. Everything is so homey and just cute. We stayed in the upstairs Up on Main and was just an amazing experience definitely would recommend this also would have access to the lower apartment is you needed additional space for more people. Matt is so attentive and great to work with. Thank you

Although the location was convenient, the unit itself was lacking in many ways. Strangely enough, lighting is so poor in the kitchen that it’s basically unusable. Overall, the place was not very clean. We were never able to get the living room TV to work. I’ve never left a negative review before but this just wasn’t a great experience.
