GreenGrove Country House B&B

We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Green Grove Country House B&B and had a very pleasant experience. Our room was very comfortable, particularly the super king bed, which gave us three excellent nights’ sleep. The shower was fantastic, the toiletries were good quality, and having a small fridge in the room was a thoughtful and useful touch. The homemade buns were delicious too. The views from the property are beautiful, especially at sunset. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the evenings, which is a lovely bonus in a B&B. Although the outdoor seating area was shared with other guests and therefore not quite as private as we had anticipated, we still very much enjoyed spending time outside and taking in the wonderful views. It was particularly enjoyable watching the woodpeckers feeding nearby. Breakfast was outstanding. There was a great choice of options and everything we tried was delicious, from the fresh fruit to the full cooked breakfast. The portions were generous and we ate so well each morning that we didn’t feel the need for lunch on any of the days we stayed. The hosts were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. We appreciated their warm hospitality and the effort they made to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent and makes a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding area. We would happily recommend it and would consider staying again if we were visiting the area

We really enjoyed our stay at GreenGrove; Couldn't fault it; lovely property, friendly hosts, great breakfast, spacious room, top quality bathroom and shower.

Lovely place to stay. Fantastic room. Great peaceful location. Easy to get to with good parking. Awesome breakfast. Good places to eat nearby too. Lovely, friendly hosts. Highly recommended

Superb! Accommodation is amazing, clean and beautifully presented. Owners are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is wonderfully served and lots of choice. Parking can be an issue when busy but this is a very minor point. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.
