We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. There were four of us staying for a week, and it was the perfect base for our holiday. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Old Town, beaches, restaurants, and local shops. It was in a great spot for exploring Dubrovnik while still being peaceful enough to relax after a busy day. Our host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you for helping make our trip so memorable!

We had a great stay at Apartments Nicol, I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Nicol and his family were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with! The apartment was well stocked and the property was very enjoyable. It is an uphill walk from the old town to the property, but it is well worth it and we felt it was a reasonable and enjoyable walk!

Our favorite accommodation in all our travels in Croatia. The hosts are extremely kind and treat you like family. The place is clean and comfy, the patio is lovely, it’s a great location in relation to groceries and Old Town, and the bed is huge.

A little way out of the old town so a few steps required, but the pool was the perfect way to escape the heat and crowds of the old town. The hoste was lovely, good recommendations and helpful with buses etc. Aircon was a lifesaver and Her dad even dropped us at the airport at the end of our stay.
