Great communication

Excellent location!! We drank our coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean and peer. Our room was very clean and full of expected amenities. The entrance was a little tricky to find but well worth it for the views and unbelievable location.

Amazing stay, very clean room and staff was very helpful. We had an amazing stay here! Would love to come back again!

We stayed two nights here. It’s very difficult to access, many stairs with luggage but checkin was smooth. Room was very clean….air conditioning is controlled by a weird system exiting and entering. Not bad unless it doesn’t work correctly. Also, we had booked a terrace view and felt deceived. It’s a view of the bus depot and parking lot. Not known based on pics. Did not use. The first night was good overall. The second day we had to have the staff reset AC for it to work. Thankfully someone was there as their hours are limited. Then there was a storm and it knocked out our electricity. The problem was every other floor in the building had electricity and so did the surrounding areas. We had no lights (should provide something as room & especially bathroom were extremely dark), no AC and no help from staff for 10 hours. We watched as every building including floors above us had lights and AC. It was a miserable night. Even when electricity came back on a staff member needed to reset the AC which didn’t occur until 7:30am. We had to leave at 8am. Staff was shocked by our disappointment and frustration. I would not recommend this place.
