The room should have been cleaned more properly. And there were many days that we needed to ask the front for towels because they were not provided in our room.

The location was extremely convenient, as it was very close to a major train station. The room was arranged in a way that felt surprisingly spacious. The shower had good water pressure and heat. There was a lovely little garden where I could sit and watch blackbirds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was happy to learn that the hotel's earnings goes to a non-profit org providing housing - it's nice to feel like our booking would support a good cause.
We stayed here twice; in our first room, there may have been something wrong with the shower door sealant, as water from the shower leaked out and mini-flooded the rest of the bathroom floor. We did not have this issue in our second room.
