Situated in the north side of Yarmouth away from the hustle and bustle of town , immaculate property credit to Jean , sea view from room 2 which we stayed in , great breakfast choice , you won’t go hungry believe me nothings too much for Jean your dietary needs will be met, good WiFi , close to the beach ,nice flat walk into town takes about ten minutes, bus stops on the main road across from the guest house should you wish to explore elsewhere or ride into town , plenty of parking on the road outside which is situated in a crescent so your not parked on the actual main road .

Jean has a lovely home away from home with fantastic staff. Our room was all we could wish for and more with a large comfy bed. The breakfast was exceptional and set us up for the day. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be back
