Reasonably priced, and close to venues

Dress code policy, not consistent with the area that we all live.

Very close to the church and Ayala mall.

The bathroom needs a face lift, it’s difficult for me to get into the bath tub, too high. Toilet is broken, we have to open the tank and push the lever to fill the tank.

The property was average , location is good

We stayed at Hotel Elizabeth and unfortunately the experience was not a good one. The room was not clean when we arrived. On checkout, we were charged for a mark on the bedsheet that we did not cause, which left a sour note on the whole stay. There were three of us, but only two bottles of water were provided. When we asked for one more, we were told we would be charged for it. The same applied to the complimentary coffee. I've never come across this kind of penny-pinching at any other hotel. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, room service was good, and the location is decent. Overall, though, the cleanliness issues and the unfair charges outweighed the good points. We will not be staying here again, and I'd advise others to look elsewhere.
