Lpcation great.
At over.$200 a night the place I would have expected better kept lodgings...it was just a little shabby

The replacement room was issued immediately after the first room had not been serviced
The first room we were given had not been serviced

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Glenelg's shops and restaurants. Parking right outside the unit's door.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The room was looking tired and could do with a refresh

When asked if we could change rooms as we booked a view and had a dead tree covering over half the window, which made the room feel closed in, due to anxiety in the group and the window only opening a small amount it made the person anxious. However, reception had a room available that the window opened a little more and no tree blocking the outside space, so muchly appreciate
did not realise it was half accomm for permanent residents, therefore excess rubbish and belongings outside units and car parking we were unsure if we were parking in their space or not. Needs some attention to detail on walls, carpets and bugs.

"Nice and tidy, good distance to where we needed to go and the pool was a plus as it was very hot when we stayed. Air conditioning in the room worked very well also."
