The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. Although I did not interact with them during my stay due to my heavy schedule, I talked with them through the phone and they were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent and the WiFi works perfectly.
If you have heavy luggage, kindly note that there is no elevator in the building.

The owners were incredibly friendly and caring. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old town. Plenty of little details made it great, including bottles of water on arrival. The air con was very good.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but nothing the owners can do about that. It's quite common in Chania.
