JR East Hotel Mets Premier Akihabara

Centrally located. The subway/train station is all around the hotel. But it is aboslutely quiet. Very strong sound-proofing. Staff was super helpful to address my special needs and requests.

Location - just at Akhibara station

Some of staff not very cooperative

Location, amenities, and staff were amazing.

I really liked the size of the room, and I think it was well worth the money I paid. The location is excellent, as the hotel is very close to the train station and a 7-Eleven. It is also surrounded by anime shops, which makes it a great place to stay for anime fans. Overall, I was very happy with the size of the room, the value for money, and the convenient location.

The room was quite dirty, with marks on the walls and visible dust in the corners near the door. I asked to change rooms, and I really appreciated that the staff allowed me to choose another one. The second room was slightly better, but the walls around the sink area were still dirty. Unfortunately, none of the rooms I saw met my expectations for cleanliness. The room was worth the money I paid, and the location was excellent. Overall, the property met my expectations, but the cleanliness did not. I wish the rooms had been cleaned more thoroughly.
