Location, staff and value for money
It’s on the train station proximity. A whole lot of shopping anf food options within 2-5 minutes walk.
For muslims also many halal restaurants nearby.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Japan! It is right above the train station-easy access. It has everything you need around it as well: coffee shops, shopping malls, restaurants, etc. But it is quiet! The staff is very sweet and helpful. The amenities are everything you need!
