Perfect location, short walk to the Barbican and also within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and local attractions. House was immaculate, clean, spacious and well equipped. Good level of communication from host.
Whilst I fully appreciate that sufficient time is needed for the property to be cleaned and prepared for the next visitors, a 09:30am check out time seems quite early. Most properties have a check out time of between 10:00am and 11:00am

Excellent location, we were going to York Barbican, less than five minutes walk away. Spotlessly clean, friendly and efficient host. The parking is a massive plus, paying for parking in York is expensive, free parking in this area is perfect.
Modern and excellent kitchen, comfy beds and clean throughout.
Cannot fault anything at all..

Cleanliness and comfort.
A small dressing table in main bedroom to put things on would be great. Maybe another lamp in living room and more ceramic mugs.
