La vue est magnifique et l’emplacement très pratique pour visiter l’île.

The property was clean and well equipped. Lovely balcony views, particularly at sunset. Air con was very good. The location was not too busy but very scenic overlooking the harbour. It is an easy walk into Birgu and to the Valletta ferry in Bormla. There is a selection of local bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Ivan provided lots of recommendations of places to eat and visit.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, always answering our questions promptly. We especially appreciated the host's flexibility regarding our early check-in request. While it couldn’t be guaranteed in advance, we were informed as soon as the apartment became available, and luckily we were able to check in a couple of hours earlier, which we were very grateful for. Another great advantage was having several restaurants and cafés located just downstairs, making it easy to enjoy both breakfast and dinner nearby. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.

If we had to mention one small drawback, it would be the nearby beach, which was not quite what we expected. However, this has nothing to do with the property or the host, and is simply a characteristic of many beaches in Malta. Overall, it did not affect our enjoyment of the stay.

The flat is in a good location and the host has clearly spent a lot of money upgrading the property which is well presented and comfortable. But the property is over a cafe / bar so noise was an issue.

Gaining access to the property was really difficult. The host was not helpful. You need to download an App and even then it was not easy. Unnecessarily complicated. Other problems.... the automatic lights in the hall don't work correctly meaning walking up the first part of the stairs is in complete darkness and we were woken at 3.00 in the morning by commercial rubbish collecting at the bar below.
