The property is very well maintained. The interior is decorated contemporarily. The location includes parking for one car. The area is quiet. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The hosts were welcoming and informative. The unit's condition was better than the pictures posted on Airbnb.

The property has no AC unit. This wasn't an issue for us since we arrived at the end of September, when the heat was over, but it may be a consideration if you plan to rent in mid-August.

Location to the train station to be able to get to Munich city and Erding Therme was a short walk! Short walk also to town of Erding. Hosts lovely to communicate with, everything sparkling clean and kitchen has everything you needed.
