This was our first stay in Japan and was so conveniently located right on Omori train station. Staff were extremely helpful and ammenities were great, with a large range toiletries, bath salts etc - a real treat.

The location and connection to a train station was so convenient. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hotel was stunning. The staff were also very kind, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage on the day we arrived and the day we left.
There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Great location. Clean and well maintained.
Rooms far too small.
Breakfast was a major disappointment.
