The price, free parking, in-room kitchen, and laundry room. They did give us new sheets when we asked.
It felt more like a basic apartment than a hotel. We were put on the 4th floor with no elevator. The room wasn’t clean on arrival and the sheets were damp. They gave us new sheets but we had to change the bed ourselves. We bought our own pillows. No one cleaned the room during our week-long stay, even after we asked. When we requested fresh sheets and towels halfway through, they just handed them to us to swap out ourselves.
