Reception staff is helpful, friendly. Some rooms have better natural lighting and some without windows. Room equipped with working fridge. Great location nearby of everything, supermart, eateries, opticians, pharmacy, convenience store, fruits, hardware etc. if you are having a night stop over and need a decent place to stay for one night, it’s safe and convenient. Parking is available around the property.

House keeping staff is unfriendly, there is lizard 🦎 poop right on the headboard next to where I put my pillow, head. In the neighbourhood, there is a bird chaser sounds similar to gunshots and noisy sounds that they play till midnight affecting sleep. Bathroom has mould. Ants crawling around desk and bathroom. Single bed is very firm, might be difficult for some people. Although air fresheners are used all around the hotel, but the rooms still smell when you enter. The lift smell bad which could have been mopped by same water same mop without thorough rinsing that cause the entire lobby and lift to smell bad very similar to sewer. The air fresheners combined with the bad smell can feel weird.

Service by the reception staff exceeded my expectations. Staff were thoughtful and well-communicative, polite and service oriented. Location-wise, excellent (for those driving): it feels much less congested than being in JB main town itself, yet it is just a few minutes drive away. I liked the large beds and good quality television. Bedsheets and towels were satisfyingly clean.

Cost effective for one night stay with 2 double beds fit for a family of 4. There is a small selection of F&B for breakfast within mins of walking

The bedsheets and cover feel washed but have stains, cleanliness is barely tolerable for a night without pulling the curtain or adjusting the bin position, clusters of dust are visible. The toilet is aging but functional. Staying at L2 heard cars zooming by till 11pm and start at 7am.
