JR-East Hotel Mets Komagome

Great location - just adjacent to the JR yamanote line station as well as the Namboku subway line station. Multiple convenience stores, ATMs, restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is barely any noise from the adjacent railway line. The staff are polite and helpful. An ATM and a convenience store are located on the ground floor. Breakfast is provided inside a Denny's located within the hotel. You will be handed coupons for breakfast at the time of check in case you have opted for breakfast. Some toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors and bathing salts can be collected from the lobby (free of charge).

There are washing machines on the 3rd and 8th floors. Although they do a good job of washing and drying clothes, I felt some of them left a musty odour on my clothes. There are only a handful of options to choose from on the breakfast menu, which may feel repetitive for guests staying longer than 3-4 days.

Location was great.

There was nothing I did not like.

The comfort, cleanliness, facilities and service. Looks great as well.

I would enjoy more if the breakfast was a buffet or if there were more vegetarian options

Clean, efficient, and comfortable room for a reasonable price. Quiet neighborhood with direct access to the Yamanote line. Great local markets and shopping streets. Within walking distance to two ginormous Japanese gardens. Excellent staff.

Don’t get the breakfast at Denny’s.
