The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring butwal.

The room was clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the location was excellent — close to everything we needed. The reception staff were polite, and check-in was smooth.
The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was average with limited options, and I had to personally go and find the staff member serving breakfast to ask for coffee, which was already included in the selected breakfast option. There seemed to be a shortage of staff — no one was available to help with luggage.
