Excellent central location - short walk to the beach and a supermarket only a short walk away.
Kitchen well stocked. Two bathrooms which worked well for our family.
No air conditioning and very noisy from the outdoor celebrations. We had to keep the windows open at night to cool the apartment which wasn’t ideal as there was a 3 day festival in the nearby plaza at nighttime with extremely loud live music until 2:30am! We didn’t know this was going to happen at the end of July so if you’re travelling at this time, consider to stay elsewhere if you want to sleep undisturbed!

Mooie ruimtes, proper, parkeerplaats op -4 in het gebouw dichtbij de lift dus makkelijk in- en uitladen. Vlakke wandeling van 10 a 15 min (met kinderen) tot aan strandboulevard La Concha.
Géén airconditioning: dit was een groot gemis ondanks 2 kleine ventilators in de slaapkamers. Geen plek op de wastafels in de badkamers dus de toiletzak raakt niet uitgepakt. De gang van het gebouw stonk, het appartement gelukkig niet. De (kleine) stadsspeeltuin voor het terras is leuk voor de kinderen maar trekt veel mensen dus omgevingsgeluid van ‘s ochtends vroeg (de opruimblazers van de stadsdiensten) tot ‘s avonds laat (jongeren met drank en take-away pizza’s) dus de ramen open om te slapen was ook niet echt super.

Took 45mins to get in, had to download an app which didn’t work correctly. After searching for a phone number we gentleman said we get this a lot.
came with a car park space but was the most confusing car park ever. A little description of where the space was would have been much appreciated. Plus if you park in the car park on exit please leave keys in the apartment but a major problem is you need the keys to access the car park using the lift and also to open the gate of the garage.
