Die ruhige Lage am See, das nette Personal.
Es gab die letzten zwei Tage kein Toast, nur noch einen Teller Obst für 2 Personen. Am letzten Tag wurde gar kein Obst serviert - Schade, denn das Personal war sehr gut.

An amazing stay with wonderful staff and view of Lake Victoria.
We got there at around 1 a.m., and it's amazing that we found two wonderful ladies and the chef waiting for us.
They helped us to our rooms and the chef made us dinner which was ready in less 20 minutes.
The rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. No complaints about cleanliness also.
The location of the hotel is a bit challenging to drive through, especially if you are checking in at night.

It is a beautiful space; the lakefront and the staff were terrific. The manager, Samwel, and his team ensured we were well taken care of and happy. Our room was comfortable and they made sure we ate well, and the male chef was accommodating. Also, They arranged transportation around town and to and from the airport.
The road around the hotel is rough and unpaved, but I'm not sure the hotel can do anything about that.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber.
Die Dusche war super und das Personal nach Ankunft freundlich.
Das Essen war sehr lecker
Die Kommunikation im vornherein war furchtbar. Mir wurde mehrere Tage nicht geantwortet sodass ich mir Antworten auf meine Fragen telefonisch erbeten musste. Der Preis wurde auch nach Buchung plötzlich erhöht. Zur Lösungsfindung musste die Buchungsplattform miteingeschaltet werden.
