The breakfast is probably the best I have ever had at a hotel/motel restaurant and the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs.
Doors to room and out to parking garage are not handicap scooter friendly. Close to fast to get in and out of the area.

I liked that they had a full service restaurant. We didn't have to leave the property to get food after my procedure. Also the beds were comfortable. It made my being in a bed other than my own a lot easier.
I didn't give a 10 because I found hair in the bathroom which wasn't mine.

The $100 pet fee! Booking.com should post exorbitant pet fees on their site instead of saying "pet fees may apply."

Good
I had 3 big stains on my comforter and when the cleaning department brought me another one they didn't even put the comforter on,they just handed it to me when I answered the door and walked away. The also did not pick up garbage or dirty bedding out of the hall. I was very disappointed considering I was there on my anniversary.
