As described in the hotel overview, the Bellevue, is a clean and tidy hotel.
Staff were friendly and helpful with local info, etc.
The family enjoyed the breakfast.
Conveniently located ten minutes walk from the main train station and 20 minutes walk to the Altstadt.

The hotel is in a great location and I have to tell you that the staff was excellent! The family room size was really spacious but in the picture shows wooden floor and mine had carpet that was not to big off an issue but they had a really old couch that smells bad and it is in a really bad shape. I think that if they take the couch out and get something else in place the room will be way better.

Really friendly and super helpful staff and rooms kept well clean. I sent through some packages which the hotel was happy to hold for a short time as well as them holding my luggage for a few days whilst I traveled to other countries in Europe. Hotel is a bit dated however the service was incredible. Close to Dusseldorf HBF station so we were able to take the train very easily. Overall I had a great experience with Bellevue and will come back in the future.
