Spa area was very good with facilities, we also booked a massage session and it was very decent. We traveled with our twin babies and they were very attentive of us the whole time.

Breakfast has many options, but choices don’t really change. Room could’ve been cleaner, seemed like they don’t always vacuum clean, just overall housekeeping.

We had a lovely family stay at Flowers & SPA Hotel. The highlight of our visit was definitely the swimming pool! The water was wonderfully warm, and our little son absolutely loved it. The buffet breakfast was varied and enjoyable, with a great selection of egg dishes, sausages, mushrooms, fruit and sweets. We especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness — the white tablecloths were changed after every guest. The outdoor pool area looked beautiful in the evening, with colourful lighting, illuminated palm trees and music creating a lovely atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable, with excellent mattresses, soft pillows and lovely bedding. We also appreciated the quick service — bathrobes were delivered to our room almost immediately after we requested them. A special thank you to Sara and Brisi at reception! Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, cheerful and helpful. They made us feel very comfortable. The staff also spoke excellent English, which made communication easy and pleasant.

Our accommodation consisted of two rooms, with one double bed and two single beds. Although there were enough beds for all four of us, the overall space felt a little cramped. The room also lacked some practical details. There was no table where we could sit and eat, no hooks for hanging towels, and no coat rack near the entrance. With four people, we had quite a few towels and nowhere convenient to hang them. There was only one wardrobe for both rooms, and one of the rooms felt rather stuffy because it had no window. However, we stayed for just one night and spent very little time in the room, mainly using it for sleeping. These minor inconveniences did not significantly affect our overall experience.

The hotel is well located and near High Street with lots of restaurants and amenities. The currency exchange just opposite the hotel was really handy. The spa and outdoor pool areas were also very relaxing.

The all-inclusive food options weren’t that impressive and by the second day it got a bit mundane. Room service is basically non-existent in this hotel, there was no phone in our room to call the reception – instead we were provided with a WhatsApp number for the reception, who wouldn’t get back to you if you texted them about room service. Oddly enough they also don’t provide irons or steamers in the rooms. I had to go all the way down to reception to ask for an iron and I was told that they don’t provide them in the hotel – which is a basic necessity.
