My husband, myself and my two sons stayed at this house for a week. We were celebrating my oldest son graduating high school, my youngest son officially becoming a teenager and our 14th wedding anniversary. We had the best stay! House was clean, had everything we needed including cooking supplies, beach supplies, etc. Communication with host was easy. The pool was the best part, especially with the Florida heat. We visited Clearwater, St Pete, Tarpon Springs,Dunedin and Indian Rocks beach. A must see is the Sea Bird Sanctuary in Indian Rocks Beach, The Botanical Gardens and Largo Nature Preserve. Also highly recommend for dinner Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill in Clearwater.

Place was clean so was the pool. Air conditioning worked great.

Overall it was a good value for the price. The house was very clean but outdated. Not that we cared about appliances and stuff but simple fixes like handles off kitchen cabinets, lots of broken tiles in the bathrooms and the pool even with it being cleaned, was still dirty. The company cleaning it was there for 30min max. My husband did a better job every morning. The house was well stocked so that was a plus. Lots of beach accommodations and when we requested a wagon, they honored that so that was really appreciated. The neighborhood is definitely old and some neighbors clearly had a problem with the house being rented but we never felt unsafe. Overall if you are looking for a good value it’s perfect. If your looking for something updated it may not be for you.

They provided extra towels for the pool, which was a nice touch. It’s a cute little spot for a family getaway. The only major downside—and a dealbreaker for me—was that the house was HOT. I contacted the host to let them know the A/C wasn’t working. They said they would look into it, but I’m not sure if anything was done. It honestly felt cooler outside than it did inside, and we had a hard time sleeping because of it. I’m from a hot, humid state, so I can usually handle heat—but the inside of that house was on another level.Overall, it’s a nice house with a great pool, but be aware of the A/C situation.
