Place was very well maintained in a good location and had reserved parking.
Shower was not fully covered, hence water spills on the floor easily. This seems to be a design issue all over the country, though, and not just in Sibiu.

Very modern and clean look. Comfortable beds. Good amenities.
Having a toddler, I am looking for extra clean floors. The carpet god have used a better vacuum.
Also, there is an airport close by and planes fly really close to land and that can be quite loud.

The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you would need. Parking space is reserved for you, easy check in. Location is in residential area, really quiet, and with shops and restaurants nearby, and about 20-30 min walk from old city.
there would be only a knit pick: it would be nice to have some secondary lights in living area, to create a cozier atmosphere in the evening, a floor lamp with warm light might do it.
