Домакинът бе много любезен и отзивчив. Апартаментът е буквално на самата писта. Много е удобно за хора, които карат ски или сноуборд - излизаш и си на пистата. Също така е много чист и комфортен за семейство. От към удобства, има всичко необходимо.

Не ни хареса самия комплекс "Манастира". Паркингът е изключително тесен и няма място за всички гости, желаещи да паркират. Общите части са много са занемарени.

The host is a kind guy. Check-in was smooth. Location was right at the slopes. The place was clean.

My great disappointment came with two very misleading facilities that were advertised, but were not provided. 1. Free parking - no such thing. First we had to hurry unloading our 9-days luggage and ski-equipment. Second we had to park away from the hotel. 2. Washing machine - no such thing. I have paid a premium of EUR 200-250 for this apartment compared to other apartments in the neighboring hotels, because I move with certain difficulties and needed a close parking spot and easy loading and unloading. All my physiotherapy for the previous 5 days went fully bust! Great disappointment! Available facilities shall be immediately corrected!
