Clean, security is good, wifi good, water pressure good, with bidet good...a lot of shops and restaurant, very near to erl, aircond good....it's a must in hot and humid country, bed comfy.
Your heater switch needs repair, and the water shower tap also needs repair. The washing machine got bad smell after i wash my cloth...maybe need service. everything else is excellent.

It is quite convenient as there are a lot of shop lots selling food downstairs of the property. The view from the property is fantastic as you will be able to see Xiamen University on the opposite.
The toilet roll has a smell to it and the internet connection was disconnected on the 2nd day of our stay. The time taken to get back our deposit was a bit slow.
