Diana was great. Apartment in excellent location. Supermarkets, metro and excellent cafes close by. Room is on the 4th floor which was no bother to us as there is a luggage elevator (though you do have one set of stairs at the top that luggage elevator doesnt reach). City tax was 9.5euro pp per night (as of Sept 2026) so make sure you have cash to leave on departure. Entry to front door initially via link that Diane will send to you so make sure you have internet connection on your phone for arrival. Thanks for great stay.

Close to everything you want to see in Milan. We loved the building itself, and the staff worked hard for us when needed.

Our internet didn’t work when we arrived (we’re international) and we needed our phones to unlock the front door/communicate with the host. Had to use wifi from the bakery down the street to get in. After that, very smooth! Lovely place.

Le studio est très bien situé, rue commerçante avec bars, restaurants et le métro. Quartier très chouette. Lit confortable.

La salle de bain est vraiment minuscule, deux douches prises et plus d'eau chaude...une seule serviette de bain pour 2.

I really appreciated the owner’s responsiveness, as well as the clear instructions and easy self‑checkout process. The location was great — close to bars, the metro, and within walking distance of the city centre.

There was no coffee provided for the coffee machine and no alternatives. I reported this on arrival and was assured it would be rectified, but nothing was provided throughout the stay. The advertised breakfast vouchers were also not available. We managed to get a croissant and coffee at a local café, but it felt uncomfortable having to justify ourselves. Staff was lovely though. The flat did not feel properly clean — particularly the bathroom, where the shower area and around the toilet needed a deep clean. We also had to re‑wash the cups as they were stained from previous use, and there was visible dust on shelves. Overall, it didn’t give us a relaxing feel. The space served its purpose for a two‑night stay, but I wouldn’t choose to stay longer. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed, so we had to improvise with a piece of wood from a shelf. The room also felt quite claustrophobic overpowered with a lot of "art".
