1. Great location in downtown just meters away from the church. 2. Well equipped and sparkling clean apartment. 3. Charismatic, English speaking host. 4. A nice surprise to see that the apartment has actually 2 bathrooms which was perfect for us.

1. Parking it's a bit difficult especially if full, but manageable. We were lucky that only on the first day it was full, on the rest of the days we were the only ones so we were able to make the necessary maneuvers to get out of the parking. 2. While our reservation clearly stated that we paid in full (rental, cleaning, all taxes and fees) with Booking.com (months in advance) and that no further payment was required, moreover, we were recommended to inform Booking.com of additional payment requests, still, upon arrival the owner prompted us with a demand for payment of the City Tax in cash that she expected us to pay when we checked-out. This tax was not mentioned at the time of the reservation. Usually, when properties collect the city tax in person, Booking.com makes a note of the exact amount of such tax to be paid to the host in person, but this was not the case with this particular reservation. For this reason alone we're not giving this property the maximum score which we would have given it otherwise. We find that not clearly disclosing all fees at the time of the reservation it's a shady practice and we think it's a very important thing to future guests who are looking for a trustworthy host.

Centrally located, easy access to lake, including private beach access. Very clean and spacious.
