Excellent location for what I was doing. Excellent facilities and superbly clean. Great online communication prior to and during my stay.
Nothing!

Overall decor and finish was a very high standard - access was very easy too - obviously well thought out for the limited space they had available to work with.
There was nothing I didn't like - just a couple of 'constructive' comments (not criticisms) - Milan suite could have done with a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. As there was no space for a bedside cabinet, maybe a small folding shelf on the wall by the bed and a nearer usb electric socket for phone and watch charging would be useful. The only other comment was squeaky floorboards.

The hosts were lovely, very accomodating and als always available (including asking if I needed anything else during the stay). The place was spotless, comfy and warm. The kitchen had some tea / coffee and everything needed to do the dishes. The bed was soft and had two pillows per person. I got a bathrobe and slippers I hadn't even expected. The hair dryer was powerful enough to reliably blow-dry a slightly unwilling shetland pony in less than 20 minutes.
The ceiling in the bathroom was a tad bit lower than in the other rooms. No problem for me at all, but if you are built like Shaquille O’Neal, you might bump your head. If your're not him, you'll have a brilliant time.

We had to ring up because there were 6 lock boxes for keys and we hadn’t been told which suite we were in so didn’t know which lockbox to use
Better communication of which suite we were staying in and how lock and unlock suite door
