One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space.
Perfect location.

Location is great. The apartment is in a central location but still very quiet. The size of the apartment is quite OK and it's quite new.
The overall impression is poorer than expected. The lobby/entrance is in terrible condition and needs thorough and instant repair/renovation. The internet connection broke and was not repaired although the owner came to the property. The shower cabin was clogged and the rainshower handle broken, it sprayed water all over the bathroom.
