Clean, location
After asking the host if there was a safe available, we got no reply
If you are staying here with young children or even adults be very careful as the hot water gets extremely hot, even the facet was too hot to touch!

Nicely decorated property, good wardrobe space, kitchen well kitted out and modern, nice back garden with plenty of furniture. Slept 4 very comfortably with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lots of books in English.
Distance from centre of Puerto del carmen - though taxis were cheap and easily accessible. Sliding doors to bathrooms. Opening Front door was not straightforward initially and accessing apartment when we arrived was difficult - though when we eventually learned the sequence of steps to open the door we were ok (maybe more detailed instructions on how to open the door would be helpful)
