The room was very nicely appointed and very comfortable
There are two buildings and the rain can make it a bit awkward to move between the two.

The location of the hotel is located nicely in BKK, easy to go to and nearby to nice places in BKK. The bed was also very comfortable. Good value for money.
the room was very near to the elevator.

It was my second time there and it was as good as the first time. They stayed extremely constant in their approach and service level over the years which is a feat in itself.
The best things were the location, the room, the free tuktuk, the great pool/bat layout and the gym.
It is not what I did not like but what could be done better :
1. Slippers and bath robes should be available in rooms and not paid for
2. They used to have a bigger breakfast spread including baked beans ( the images still show them) so it would be great if they could get back to it.
