Spacious rooms and bathroom, private balcony.
Overall comfortable and clean.
Great location at walking distance from everything.
Extremely helpful and lovely staff who tried to communicate in the cutest way!

Had an issue with our original room due to the floods that were occurring in the town when we arrived.
Staff and owner were very accommodating in switching room for us and also gave us a bigger one.
8 / 10Excellent·déc. 2019
The hotel is located in the old town with a good location. The staff can communicate with each other in a friendly way.
Sometimes without cleaning the room, breakfast choices are difficult because there is no explanation

Good location in the new city
Lack of housekeeping
The room wasn’t very clean
The breakfast was poor, processed food and a cold fried egg
With the exception of one of the staff who was very helpful, the rest were unenthusiastic
