Spacious and great location.
Balcony was infested with pigeons nesting and had constant bird muck making it unusable. Nesting pigeons in the hallway in the emergency lighting outside the door. Had a rat inside the property at one point which got resolved but inside how long it was living there. Had horrendous sewer smell in one of the bathrooms daily.
8 / 10Excellent·déc. 2022
The apartment was very spacious and had excellent amenities. although we ate out if you wanted too there was a fully equiped kitchen to self cater. the 2 balconies with sea view were great for relaxing on. 3 tvs with lots of entertainment. the pool looked nice but we used the beach and sea as it was closer than the pool. lots of nice bars and restuarants within a 2 minute walk. 15 to 20 minutes on the baht bus to central pattaya.
