It is a great place to stay if you visit Zagreb. There is a big & paid parking behind the apartment (8 euros per day).
Alex is great - he met us for the keys even though we arrived very late. He speaks good English and is very responsive.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable.
It is 10-12 min walk from the main square and only 3 min walk from the main train station.
