The house was nice, it was clean and the clubhouse was fun. The workout room was very nice. We stayed the month of June. I gave 4 stars because the neighborhood is LOUD and lots of families crammed into each home, parking was tight with streets filled with cars. Our biggest problem was that each night it was very loud with people swimming in their backyard and some staying up ALL NIGHT LONG (5am one night). Houses have zero lot lines, so neighbors are close together and homes turn often. We like to go to bed by 10pm, and we were working from home while vacationing, so that was a bit of an issue. Also, the internet went out several times during our stay and once for half the day. The property manager was great and very responsive to our requests. The house was at least 20-30 minute drive to most attractions, including any good restaurants.

The house was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and such. The kids really enjoyed the themed rooms and the Game Room. Overall it was a great place to spend the weekend together with Family and Friends.

Beautiful family friendly property. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. The game room along with 2 family rooms is really nice for larger groups. The club house, mini golf, pool ect… were a huge hit. Unfortunately the pool at our rental had a broken heater so we couldn’t use it, but it looked very nice. The only thing I would suggest that we were not prepared for is bringing your own toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods ect… as none of that is provided which we weren’t used to. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and pots and pans, but no frills. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The home's layout is done very well. The home was clean, but not as clean as I amAccustomed to. The exhaust fan in the master bedroom bath and the potty closet in that room was disgustingly dusty as wash the AC vent I. The living room below the TV was also very dirty. The most disturbing thing is that we booked this home because of the game room; however, the X-box controllers weren't working except one so the only thing the kids found play was the air hockey game. When I called management they sent some the next morning without letting us know so we wereAt the pool when they arrived. A maintenance man came later that afternoon, but couldn't fix the controller's. He was supposed to bring three new ones the next afternoon, but he never showed. The onlyThing he was able to fix is the pocket door in the downstairs master bathroom. IWould suggest they furnish some tissues to blow your nose and they need to have fans in the bedrooms in the bedrooms and living room. The resort itself was absolutely WONDERFUL!! And having the pool at the home wants great for the kids as well.
