Great location

Hosts were pleasant and easy to contact. Property was as described. Enjoyed my stay.

Great value. Central location Easy access

This is a simple, bare-bones rental, good for folks who are coming to Saskatoon for work/quick stays. It is decent value for money, as the accommodation was quite affordable. It's quite small, a single room, at the bottom of narrow stairs, and you are right beside the other suite, so bear that in mind. We bumped into each other (literally, lol)The suite didn't have a table lamp, which I required to do my work while staying there, and the owner was accommodating, bringing one over for me during my stay. This was appreciated. The owner was also extremely prompt in responding to messages. The outside of the unit is a bit run down, but the unit itself was fine - tidy, safe, some renos/improvements. The bed was alright, and I felt the covers were not warm enough, but there were extras in the spacious closet. I also appreciated having access to streaming services.I rented this unit because all the other reviews said it was quite quiet, and that wasn't really my experience. There is a family living upstairs, and we could hear lots of noise, basically any coughs, loud voices, laughing, crying, and all the footsteps. We were there on a weekend, so the kiddos were louder later into the evening, which is entirely understandable and fair! On the sunday night, it was quieter, as everyone was in bed earlier. So, just bear in mind if you stay on a weekend, there's a family upstairs living life, so you may hear their noises.Overall good stay, good value for cost, responsive host. :)
