Wonderful location right on the beach h and with a pool view! It was walking distance to the Old Town and ferry to Puerto Banus. In comparison to other apartments, this one was very quiet. It was great to have a parking spot. We had to pay extra but very convenient.
I would suggest to provide more toilet paper.

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einem gepflegten Eingangsbereich, der noch den Luxus der Sechzigerjahre aufzeigt. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, aber dennoch ein wenig Retro. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Die Anlage verfügt über zwei Pools und das Apartmentt bietet einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Es ist sehr groß und teilweise auch gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut.
Es könnte alles ein wenig gepflegter sein. Teile der Schränke sind mit irgendwelchen Kram vergangener Jahre zugestellt. Auch irgendwelche Papierhütchen der letzten Silvesterfeier sollten im Müll landen und nicht als Dekoration auf einem der Schränke im Wohnzimmer. Die Bügel darin sind ein absolutes Samelsurium. Die Duschkabine leider auch reparaturbedürftig, genau wie die Toilettenspülung des einen Bads.
In der Küche ist eine Schublade defekt und bedarf der Reparatur.
Fazit: es müsste mal aufgeräumt werden, einige Schränke entsorgt und erneuert werden, dann wäre es ein wirkliches Traum Apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and were extremely happy with everything. The location was excellent, very convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed. The property itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the car parking, which made everything much easier and stress-free. The owner was very kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home from the beginning. Honestly, everything about the apartment was great, and we truly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future.
