The position Is perfect, breakfast (with vegetarian options) was very much appreciated. Could improve to some vegan croissants/cakes too :)
The room was too small. This was our 4th stay, so we know that rooms are small, but this was really too small.

The location is fabulous, bed was very comfortable without being too soft. All the advantages of a top tier hotel without being too expensive.
The bed while being comfortable was a bit small. It can be noisy if you’re window is towards the courtyard which is used for rubbish and recycling.

Lovely hotel in a good, safe area of London. We arrived by train from King’s Cross and the hotel was approx 10 mins walk. Staff were really good, room was very comfortable with a separate toilet (not had that before). Breakfast was also hood with a great selection. Would definitely stay again, thank you x

Close to hospital of Great Ormond street, 5 minute walk where my son had a operation, couldn't rate breakfast because we was in a rush at 7am and he wasnt allowed to eat, restaurant smelt awesome at dinnertime though!
Bathroom clean, complimentary toiletries (vegan friendly), smelt great, complimentary water.
We stayed at a very hot time of year early July, during a heatwave, room was very small, high up, window only opened 1-2inches, so no air (safety), very hot and stuffy, with a small complimentery fan only what I didn't like was that my hospital room was 2x as big and I stayed in the hospital room for the day.
