Perfect location and beautifull view from the 16th floor to the Dubai Marina.

The apartment is in one of the Rimal buildings (Rimal 4 specifically) in JBR. It has an excellent view of the beach, Jumeira Beach Walk, Ain Dubai, and Blue Waters. It had 5 bedrooms which included one master bedroom with an attached bathroom and two separate bathrooms for the rest of the rooms. The lounge was quite spacious and had sofas, a dining table, and a smart tv. The Kitchen was also quite spacious. The apartment building was quite clean. The beach, Jumeira Beach walk, and carrefour were just walking distance away. The host named Turkan was quite courteous. She made sure that she is able to facilitate us in every possible way. I really appreciate her kind gesture.

Although we booked an apartment in Rimal 5 building, we were provided an apartment in Rimal 4 building which had a different interior and the furniture was not that good as compared to the pictures shown above. The apartment does not have breakfast available. We only received bread, eggs, etc on the day we reached. So we had to buy breakfast items from the nearby Carrefour. Housekeeping wasn't provided every day due to lack of staff. The nearest metro station is DMCC which is on Sheikh Zayed road that is at least 20 minutes of walk away. One can get taxis from Jumeira Beach walk but to reach there one has to first exit the building and then walk some distance to exit the JBR complex and then either take further stairs or a lift to reach the level of Jumeira Beach Walk. Since JBR is 20 km away from the downtown, hence to visit any attraction in Dubai one had to travel a long distance which is quite expensive if one travels in a taxi. Otherwise one has to walk for 20 minutes to DMCC Metro station and the take the metro to the metro station that is nearest to the attraction and then take a taxi to that place.

Our experience was pleasant, the hosts were nice, kind and friendly. Yet the cleanness of the apartment was not so good upon arrival and we had to buy tissue boxes and water. However, when we asked for cleaning they arrived on time, they were fast and they cleaned very well.

The cleanness upon arrival and the luggage trolly was too small and we had so many stuff, so that took a while upon checking in/out!

The location is excellent

- The accommodation is not well cleaned. - When making the reservation, we asked for 3 baby cots and they were confirmed by the accommodation. The first night we were without baby cots and the second day we got one cot (after our request), later we got another one. A total of two baby cots although we agreed on three. - The internet didn’t work the first day at all, after that they fixed it - There are cockroaches in the kitchen at night
