Apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Location is perfect for excursions to Venice, Murano/Burano and the beach Punto Sabbioni. Appartement is very clean, spacious and fully equipped with all necessary utilities. Check-in instructions and directions were perfectly clear. Swimming pool is big and peaceful. Good parking lot at opposite site of the building. Contact with host Marco was perfect, friendly and kind.

Quiet, well-maintained residence with a pleasant pool and great location near clean beaches and the vaporetto to Venice (a car or bike is recommended for shops/restaurants). The apartment was very clean, cozy and well-equipped, with a practical layout (separate bedroom and living area) and a lovely balcony. Smooth self check-in and very responsive host made the stay easy and comfortable.
A clothes dryer would be a useful addition.
