Very quiet room, comfortable with adequate kitchen equipment etc.light comfortable living/dining area.
Good selection of teas and coffees.
I had 3 stained pillow cases which I wasn't able to use.The bathroom floor needed a really deep clean and some areas here needed attention.some wood kept falling off the bottom of the oven.

Location great for city centre. Dishwasher a bonus.
Uncomfortable mattress on main bed, heavily stained sofa bed mattress. TV unable to connect to the internet, couldn’t even listen to the radio as no signal.
