Accessing the apartment keys from the lockbox was easy. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed. Pangrati is an excellent location for Athens. It is a bit off the tourist area, but walkable to everything. The metro is not far away either.
My only recommendation would be to have clearer instructions to control the air conditioner. For some in my group it was easy and intuitive, for others it was a maze of buttons.

No-host lock box check in. Simple, easy with excellent instructions once inside the apartment. We have already rented the apartment for a second stay!
Location, cleanliness, and excellent communication.
