On entering the property the smell was lovely and everything was really clean.
The towels and bedding were perfect and there were plenty of utensils in the kitchen and cleaning products.
The location was near Leeds centre and we got an Uber easily to get to the concert we were attending.
Nothing not to like.

The house was lovely and welcoming, the host was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly and the street was quiet
The local shop was expensive. This is no reflection on the host haha

Value for Money. Large property for the price. If not the issue with the neighbours would be a good place.
The neighbour was playing music and sining until 5am. It did not sound like a party and just a single man singing all night. Did not have any sleep at all.
