Did not have breakfast so can’t rate.
Not crazy about full life size cardboard Elvis in room. Was kind of worried about waking up in the night and seeing outline of a strange man in my room.
Location. Somewhat run down neighborhood.
Not sure reminding guests to lock front door is the best way to secure the property.

Nice rooms, great breakfast although a litter disturbing to see how some a the staff behaved, a little to subservient, to the boss.
Nice rooms, although a little cold during the night, no addition covers available. Literally shivered through the night. Waking in the night to see a silhouette of a man in the window was a little freaky. There was a standee of Elvis in the window, we stayed in the Elvis room

Bathroom floor looked clean until I spilled shampoo on it and cleaned it up with a towel that was very dark afterwards.
Location and it was sooo quiet at night.
