Der moderne Charakter der Wohnung insgesamt, der kleine Freisitz, große und sehr bequeme Betten. Die sehr gute Lage mit schnell erreichbaren öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Der Zuschnitt der Wohnung, das war aber Bildern und Beschreibung zu entnehmen. Die spartanische Ausstattung in der Küche (zerkratze Antihaft-Pfannen, sehr wenig Besteck, keine normal großen tiefen Teller, ...). Der Kühlschrank war viel zu kalt eingestellt, was sich leider nicht ändern ließ. Auch in "versteckten" Bereichen muss ab und zu sauber gemacht werden, z.B. die Dunstabzugshaube oben und hinten.

This was a lovely penthouse, clean and well-maintained. Beautiful views of Vienna rooftops and churches. The host is very responsive. I appreciate the attention to the environment. There is a washer but no dryer because of this. However, it was not a problem as there were two drying racks and the clothes dried quickly. I was apprehensive because of our experience in Portugal where our clothes remained damp and needed to be ironed to dry. There are wonderful little restaurants within minutes of the property, as well as grocery stores. There is public transport that is easily accessible as well but we chose to walk all over Vienna instead.

We were very comfortable and had no issues.

The location and its space. Being across from Karmeliterviertl was a blessing for food and coffee. The unit is spacious

The details and cleanliness was just missing. It seemed that rudimentary cleaning and maintenance has been their focus - I talked with them about issues and I hope the next patrons get the upgrade. Some bathroom elements need more cleaning and some things needed replacing (a bath stopper was gone and batteries were dead). Some furniture (chairs) is a bit worn and scratched
